There are no addendums. The book is brand-spanking new. But when we write new sections or expand on existing ones, this is where you'll find them.

NOTE TO BOOK OWNERS:

8/16/00: The cover is bound to the book with a special process, called Otobind, which allows thick books to open flat, without breaking the spine (and risking pages falling out). If you examine it, the Otobind looks a little unusual, at first, as it appears the cover is beginning to separate from the book itself. This is not the case. This is a feature and not a bug. If you don't like it, however, let me know.
